An image to some and a devil to many, Reikoku is a merciless criminal boss who resides in the capitalistic city of Skliros. Born from the scraps, she quickly learned how to fight and slaughter criminals twice her size. Her skills and environment lead her to start an assassination organization. If anyone in Skliros needed someone gone, they would contact her. Her work was so quick and clean, no one would learn of the casualties until weeks after. The days-old remains of her victims earned her the nickname Crimson Blood.
